Suggested Group Size: 10 - 15
Props: Key punch cards, blindfolds
Activity: Set out numbered cards from 1 – 30 with a starting point approximately 10 yards from location of cards. Students must strategize how to successfully step on sequential numbers in order with everyone at least stepping on one card. Give group time to strategize and time them with every attempt. Initiative is about continuous improvement and ask the group to set goals after each attempt at a faster time. Facilitator may do a short debrief in between each attempt as necessary, and give participants time for strategy.
Increased challenge: Have one participant be blindfolded and group must help this person with activity.
